Beginning Monday May 4, 2020 We will be open for business by appointment only. Working by appointment only allows us to limit the number of customers in the dealership at any given time. Limiting the number of customers will help us keep everyone at a safe distance, and allow us to serve our customers in the safest way possible. This policy applies to all business within the dealership. We are taking the safety of our customers and staff very seriously. We thank you for your business, your patience and understanding in this difficult time.
Service Department
- We
recommend dropping your vehicle off the night before your appointment for
the safest service experience possible. Please use the NIGHT DROP BOX.
Please make sure to sign your envelope for the requested work to be
performed.
- We
will schedule specific check in times for customers to safely drop off
their vehicles when alternate transportation is necessary.
- We
will adhere to strict check in times for all customers to maintain a safe
environment for everyone involved.
- Vehicles
will only be allowed into the service tunnel for check in at their
scheduled time.
- Customers
will be asked to wait in their vehicle until the advisor comes to greet
them.
- Customers
will have a designated place of safe distance during their check in.
- The
number of customers in the service lane will be limited to 2 every 20
minutes initially and may be increased as we increase staffing levels. We
will continue to abide by social distancing policies.
- The
waiting room will remain closed at this time. We have a designated open
air lounge area outside at the front of the dealership. We do not
recommend waiting for a vehicle to be serviced, but if you must wait, we
recommend that social distancing be observed.
- The
Parts Department customer entry door will remain locked. A customer will
be allowed in by a parts advisor after ringing the bell outside the door.
- We
have designated social distancing places for our customers while at the
parts counter.
- Additional
parts customers will be allowed in, one at a time using the 2 person
maximum rule for the parts department. .
- Glass
partitions at all workstations for the safety of the customer and staff.
- The
dealership has been professionally sanitized prior to opening on Monday
May 4, 2020.
- Social
distancing markers have been installed on the floor to help customers and
staff work at a safe distance to each other.
- Employees
will wear masks.
- We
will sanitize steering wheels and shifters prior to working on the
vehicle.
- We
will install steering wheel covers and shifter covers prior to servicing
the vehicle.
- Our
technicians will wear gloves and masks when servicing your vehicle.
- We
will remove these protective coverings when we park your vehicle after
completion of service.
